Abstract
The European Stroke Organisation's Allied Health Professional Committee is a newly established body dedicated to advancing the European Stroke Organisation's mission to improve stroke care through interdisciplinary collaboration. As the allied health professional workforce represents the largest sector in stroke care, the committee is positioned to provide strategic direction for education, research, and policy, strengthening the role of allied health professionals across the care continuum and empowering their voice within the stroke community. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure high quality in the stroke care continuum across Europe. Although recently formed, the committee is already positioned to support (inter)national initiatives and foster robust professional networks. To fully realise this potential, the committee calls on neuroscience nurses to engage actively with its efforts through, for instance, participation in new initiatives, pursuit of targeted educational opportunities such as webinars, and presence at significant events such as the European Stroke Conference.
