Μέχρι σήμερα δεν ανακαλύφθηκε θεραπεία για την ασθένεια αυτή, ωστόσο υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες παρεμβάσεις διαχείρισης των συμπτωμάτων. Η μουσικοθεραπεία είναι ένας τρόπος που χρησιμοποιείται για την θεραπεία των συμπτωμάτων της νόσου αυτής. Σκοπός: Ο σκοπός της παρούσας συστηματικής ανασκόπησης της βιβλιογραφίας είναι η διερεύνηση της επίδρασης της μουσικοθεραπείας σε άτομα με νόσο Alzheimer. Υλικό και Μέθοδος: Η μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν η αναζήτηση της σχετικής ελληνικής και διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας σε βάσεις δεδομένων (CINAHL, PUBMED, SCOPUS) με λέξεις κλειδιά (music therapy OR musical intervention OR musical therapy) AND (Alzheimer disease). Η παρούσα εργασία βασίστηκε σε πέντε ερευνητικά άρθρα για την πραγματοποίησή της. Αποτελέσματα: Η αναζήτηση κατέληξε σε 5 μελέτες, κατά την περίοδο 2010 με 2020, που πληρούσαν τα κριτήρια ένταξης. Μέσα από την μελέτη των άρθρων διαπιστώθηκε μια θετική επίδραση της μουσικοθεραπείας για άτομα με νόσο Alzheimer. Διαπιστώθηκε επίσης, το γεγονός ότι η μουσική επιδρά σε διάφορες γνωστικές λειτουργίες, οι οποίες αναφέρονται πιο κάτω στο κείμενο. Συμπεράσματα: Από την ανάλυση των ερευνών φάνηκε ξεκάθαρα ότι η μουσικοθεραπεία επιδρά θετικά σε άτομα με νόσο Alzheimer. Το γεγονός αυτό, οφείλεται στα θετικά συναισθήματα που νιώθουν κατά την διάρκεια της παρέμβασης. Ωστόσο, με βάση τις μελέτες δεν φάνηκε η χρήση της μουσικοθεραπείας να έχει ενταχθεί στην καθημερινότητα των ασθενών με το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. | Description: | Introduction: Alzheimer disease is an irreversible disease which can cause very serious social and phycological consequences on the people that are suffering from the disease. Until today, there is no available treatment for this disease, however there are available interventions which can control the symptoms. Musicotherapy is considered to be one of those available interventions of the symptoms of the disease. Aim: The aim of the present systematic review of the bibliography is to investigate the effect that musicotherapy has on the patients which are suffering with Alzheimer. Material and Method: The methods which were used was the research of the Greek and the global bibliography in databases (CINAHL, PUBMED, SCOPUS) with also the use of keywords (music therapy OR musical intervention OR musical therapy) AND (Alzheimer disease). The present study in order to be completed has been based on five other scientific articles. Results: The research concluded on five studies, during the years 2010-2020, which were also completing the integration criteria. Through the research in those five articles, a positive effect of musicotherapy was found on patient’s with Alzheimer. It was also confirmed the fact that the music can have an effect on different cognitive functions which will be mentioned later on. Conclusions: In conclusion, through the analyze of those five articles, this study can strongly conclude that clearly, musicotherapy can have positive effects on patients with Alzheimer disease. This is happening due to the positive feelings that the patients are having during the intervention.
