Abstract
This research investigates the role of gamification in enhancing project management process and outcomes, like, human resource morale, motivation, and productivity within project teams. While existing literature highlights the potential benefits of gamified practices for engagement and performance, limited attention has been given to how project managers can practically implement these strategies in real-world settings. To address this gap, the study incorporates the development of a software prototype designed to support project managers in applying gamification elements—such as feedback mechanisms, progress tracking, and motivational challenges—to their teams. The research aims to evaluate how such a software tool can facilitate the structured integration of gamification into project management processes and whether it contributes to improved team morale, workflow efficiency, and project outcomes.
