Biography
Aekaterini Mavri is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts of the Cyprus University of Technology, co-director of the Cyprus Interaction Lab, and researcher at the CYENS Center of Excellence. She holds a BA in Visual Communication Design from Middlesex University (UK), an MA in Design for Interactive Media, and a PhD in Educational Technology from the Cyprus University of Technology.
With several years of industry experience as a digital product designer, she co-founded a company specializing in online property and content management solutions. Her research interests focus on technology-supported learning experience design (LXD) in STEM education and the design and evaluation of digital products for various sectors, like eBanking, eHealth, and academic research platforms.
