Στα πλαίσια της μελέτης μοιράστηκαν ερωτηματολόγια σε όλες τις πόλεις του νότιου μέρους της Κύπρου, σχετικά με την γνώμη των καταναλωτών για τα βιολογικά προϊόντα αλλά και τις γνώσεις που έχουν σχετικά με αυτά. Τα αποτελέσματα που προέκυψαν καταγράφουν την παρούσα κατάσταση που επικρατεί στο νησί, σχετικά με την αντιμετώπιση των προϊόντων και την εμπιστοσύνη των καταναλωτών προς τους γεωργούς – εμπόρους. Επίσης τα εν λόγο δεδομένα, μπορούν να αποτελέσουν την κινητήριο δύναμη για την έναρξη μιας σταθερής σχέσης μεταξύ γεωργών – καταναλωτών, μέσω της εκμάθησης και της καλύτερης ενημέρωσης και για της δύο πλευρές. Επιπλέον, σε μια επιπρόσθετη έρευνα παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα από διάφορες μελέτες – επιστημονικά άρθρα που δημοσιεύθηκαν σχετικά με την σύγκριση της διατροφικής αξίας, την γεύση-ποιότητα και την ασφάλεια των τροφίμων της βιολογικής και της συμβατικής γεωργίας. Εν κατακλείδι, σε ακόμα μια έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε από την U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) σε 9282 άτομα σε εθνικό επίπεδο, έδειξε πώς το 100% των εθελοντών περιείχαν τόσο στο αίμα όσο και στα ούρα τους ποσότητες υπολειμμάτων και συγκεκριμένα 13 διαφορετικές από τις 23 που αναλύθηκαν. Πράγμα που οδηγεί σε περεταίρω ανάπτυξη και σχολιασμό το οποίο θα πραγματοποιηθεί στη συνέχεια. | Description: | According to the facts of Cyprus research was released about the comparison of the biological products to that of the conventional ones, and also about the 2 cultivations, of the biological and conventional crop cultivations. Within the research questionnaires were distributed to every city of the north part of Cyprus, related to not only the opinion of consumers about the biological products, but also about the knowledge that people have about them. The results occurred lead to the fact that the present situation that exists in the island, about the treatment of the products and the confidence of the consumers to the farmers – traders. Moreover considering the fact mentioned above, they can result in the workhorse for the commencement of a constant relationship between farmers – consumers, through the apprenticeship and the better information about both parts. Furthermore, an additional research committed presents results from different investigations – scientific articles that were published related to the comparison of the nutritional value, the taste – quality and the safety of biological and conventional cultivation food. In a nutshell, another investigation that was held from U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to 9282 people to a wide national level, demonstrated that 100% of volunteers contained quantity of residuals not only in their blood but also in their urine and more specific the amount of 13 out of 23 that were examined.
