Αρκετές μελέτες ασχολήθηκαν με τις συνέπειες τις επιλόχειας κατάθλιψης, λίγες όμως για την κατ’ οίκον νοσηλεία αυτών των μητέρων. Σκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας ήταν η διερεύνηση του ρόλου της κατ’ οίκον νοσηλείας στη πρόληψη εκδήλωσης επιλόχειας κατάθλιψης. Υλικό και μέθοδος: Η μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν η κριτική ανασκόπηση της ερευνητικής βιβλιογραφίας. Η αναζήτηση της ελληνικής και διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας έγινε στις βάσεις δεδομένων PumMed, Scholar Google και Cinahl με λέξεις – κλειδιά: home visiting nurse AND postpartum depression AND home care AND public health nurse AND post - mother depression ΟR postnatal depression. Αποτελέσματα: Η αναζήτηση κατέληξε σε 7 μελέτες κατά την περίοδο 2008-2013, που πληρούσαν τα προκαθορισμένα κριτήρια. Η επιλόχεια κατάθλιψη επιδρά στην σχέση μητέρας / βρέφους. Οι απόψεις των ερευνητών συμφωνούν στην άποψη για την ύπαρξη παρεμβατικών προγραμμάτων κατ’ οίκον νοσηλείας στην Επιλόχεια Κατάθλιψη. Οι μητέρες που συμμετείχαν σε αυτά τα προγράμματα είχαν θετική επίδραση από τις παρεμβάσεις και η σχέση μητέρας / βρέφους είχε θετική μεταβολή. Οι απόψεις, των μητέρων αυτών, κατέληξαν ότι τα προγράμματα ήταν αποτελεσματικά αλλά σε κάποια από αυτά χρειαζόντουσαν περισσότερες επισκέψεις. Συμπεράσματα: Η επιλόχεια κατάθλιψη ταλανίζει τόσο τη μητέρα όσο και το παιδί της. Η εφαρμογή των προγραμμάτων κατ’ οίκον νοσηλείας έχουν θετική επίδραση στην μητέρα. Οι κατ’ οίκον νοσηλευτές μπορούν να συνδράμουν ώστε να παρέχεται ψυχολογική αλλά και γενικότερα στήριξη για την αντιμετώπιση της επιλόχειας κατάθλιψης. | Description: | Introduction: Postnatal depression is a serious health problem that affects one in seven women during the first months after childbirth. Several studies have been conducted dealing with the effects of postpartum depression, but few have addressed the homecare of the mothers affected. Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of Home Care Services by nurses, in preventing postpartum depression episodes. Research and Method: The method used was the critical review of the research literature. The search of the literature Greek and Google databases PumMed, Scholar Google and Cinahl using keywords: home visiting nurse AND postpartum depression AND home care AND public health nurse AND post-mother depression, OR postnatal depression. Results: The search resulted in 7 studies in 2008-2013 that met the predefined criteria. The views of researchers agree on terms for existence intervention programs nursing home in Postpartum Depression. Researchers agree to the necessity for an Intervention Program “Home Care Services” in Postpartum Depression. The impact of the interventions was reflected in the positive changes in the relationship between the mothers that participated and their infants. Their feedback was that the programs were effective and some requested a continuation of visits. Conclusion: Postpartum depression affects both the mother and her child. The implementation of programs ‘Home Care Services’ has a positive effect on the mother.
