Αυτά τα νοσήματα ονομάζονται μεταβολικά γιατί προκαλούνται από την μη ικανοποίηση των ιδιαίτερων αναγκών διατροφής κατά την διάρκεια της ξηράς περιόδου, την περιγεννητική περίοδο καθώς και κατά την γαλακτοπαραγωγή και έχουν ως αποτέλεσμα την εμφάνιση συγκεκριμένων συμπτωμάτων που οδηγούν σε μεγάλες απώλειες εισοδημάτων αλλά και σε υποβάθμιση της ευζωίας των βοοειδών. Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση ορισμένων μεταβολικών νοσημάτων που εμφανίζονται κατά τη διάρκεια ζωής των βοοειδών και συγκεκριμένα: η κετοναιμία, η οξέωση, η μετατόπιση ηνύστρου, η πάρεση τοκετού και η ενδονυχίτιδα. Ειδικότερα, γίνεται αναφορά στον αιτιολογικό παράγοντα της κάθε νόσου, στα συμπτώματα, στη θεραπεία που χρειάζεται να ακολουθείται από τον παραγωγό, αλλά και στην πρόληψη και τις καλές πρακτικές που συντείνονται. | Description: | The rapid intensification of cattle breeding in recent decades has led, among other problems, to the appearance of metabolic diseases. These diseases are called metabolic because they are caused by the failure to meet the special nutritional needs of dairy cattle during the dry season, the perinatal period as well as during the milk production and result in the appearance of specific symptoms that lead to large losses of income for the farmer but also to a deterioration of cattle well-being. The purpose of this thesis is the bibliographic review of certain metabolic diseases that occur specifically during the life of cattle and more specifically: ketonemia, acidosis, oestrus displacement, parturition paresis and endonychitis.
