Αυτά τα προγράμματα αφορούν πολλά θέματα, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ολοκληρωμένης σεξουαλικής εκπαίδευσης, της μείωσης επικίνδυνων συμπεριφορών και της αντισύλληψης και της πρόληψης Σεξουαλικώς Μεταδιδόμενων Νοσημάτων . Οι έφηβοι συχνά αντιμετωπίζουν αρκετές προκλήσεις που σχετίζονται με τη σεξουαλική και αναπαραγωγική τους υγεία, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της περιορισμένης πρόσβασης σε πληροφορίες, το κοινωνικό στίγμα και τις διακρίσεις. Τα προγράμματα Σεξουαλικής και Αναπαραγωγικής υγείας μπορούν να αντιμετωπίσουν επιτυχώς αυτές τις προκλήσεις παρέχοντας πληροφορίες κατάλληλες για την ηλικία σε ένα ασφαλές και υποστηρικτικό περιβάλλον. Σκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση των επιδράσεων που έχουν προγράμματα Σεξουαλικής και Αναπαραγωγικής υγείας σε εφήβους. Υλικό και Μέθοδος: Η μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν η αναζήτηση σχετικής αγγλικής και διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας σε βάσεις δεδομένων ( PubMed, Cinahl, Embase) με λέξεις κλειδιά: "reproductive health program" AND "program" AND "sexual education" σε όλους τους πιθανούς συνδυασμούς. Αποτελέσματα: Η αναζήτηση κατέληξε σε 6 μελέτες, κατά την περίοδο 2012-2022, που πληρούσαν τα προκαθορισμένα κριτήρια αυτής της συστηματικής ανασκόπησης. Μέσα από την αναζήτηση της βιβλιογραφίας διαπιστώθηκε ότι τα προγράμματα Σεξουαλικής και Αναπαραγωγικής υγείας συμβάλουν σημαντικά στην αύξηση γνώσεων , μείωση επικίνδυνων συμπεριφορών και στην προαγωγή σεξουαλικής υγεία των εφήβων. Συμπεράσματα: Τα προγράμματα Σεξουαλικής και Αναπαραγωγικής υγείας φαίνεται να έχουν καθοριστικό ρολό στην ενδυνάμωση σεξουαλικής υγείας των εφήβων ,στην ενημέρωση και στην την πρόληψη απερίσκεπτων συμπεριφορών. Παρόλα αυτά υπάρχει ανάγκη για περαιτέρω ερευνά. | Description: | Introduction: Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Programs aim to promote their overall health and well-being in relation to their sexuality. These programs address many issues, including comprehensive sexuality education, risk behavior reduction, contraception and STD prevention. Adolescents can often face several challenges related to their sexual and reproductive health, including limited access to information, stigma and discrimination. Sexual and Reproductive Health programs can successfully address these challenges by providing age appropriate information in a safe and supportive environment. Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Sexual and Reproductive Health programs on adolescents. Material and Method: The method that was used ,in order to identify the appropriate articles for this systematic review, was searching the international literature in the following data bases (PubMed, Cinahl, Embase) with all the possible combinations of the keywords "reproductive health program" AND "program" AND "sexual education". Results: The search resulted in 6 studies, during the period 2012-2022, that met the predefined criteria of this systematic review. Through the search of the literature, it was found that the Sexual and Reproductive health programs contribute significantly to increasing knowledge, reducing risky behaviors and promoting the sexual health of adolescents. Nevertheless, there is need for further research.
