Ο σκοπός της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η συγκέντρωση πληροφοριών με αποτέλεσμα την ανάπτυξη και εκμάθηση γνώσεων για την Λογοθεραπεία όσον αφορά τον τομέα της εγκεφαλικής παράλυσης. Η παρούσα πτυχιακή χωρίζεται σε δύο μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος, τα θέματα που αναπτύχθηκαν είναι γενικές πληροφορίες για την εγκεφαλική παράλυση που αφορούν τον ορισμό, μια ιστορική αναδρομή, τα αίτια, την διάγνωση, την πρόγνωση, τις μορφές, την διαφοροδιάγνωση και τις συνοδές διαταραχές της εγκεφαλική παράλυσης. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, γίνεται αναφορά στις διαταραχές σίτισης και κατάποσης των ατόμων με Εγκεφαλική Παράλυση (Ε.Π.) και στη λογοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση που λαμβάνουν. Επίσης, δίνεται έμφαση στους εναλλακτικούς τρόπου σίτισης καθώς και τις στοματοπροσωπικές θεραπείες που λαμβάνουν τα άτομα αυτά. Στην συνέχεια αναφέρετε το αντίκτυπο της επικοινωνίας και οι διαταραχές λόγου που προκύπτουν μέσα από εγκεφαλική παράλυση , ποιοι είναι οι τύποι δυσαρθρίας καθώς και ποια είναι η λογοθεραπευτικη παρέμβαση στις μαθησιακές δυσκολίες . Κλείνοντας, δίνονται πληροφορίες για εναλλακτικούς τρόπους επικοινωνίας και ποιες είναι οι μέθοδοι που χρησιμοποιούνται. | Description: | The dissertation is based on a literature review, with the main topic that of Speech Therapy intervention in children with cerebral palsy. The purpose of this dissertation is to gather important information that would help in the development and advancing of knowledge of Speech Therapy in the field of cerebral palsy. This dissertation is divided in two parts. In the first part, the topics developed are general information about cerebral palsy concerning the definition, historical background, causes, diagnosis, prognosis, forms, differential diagnosis and concomitant disorders of cerebral palsy. In the second part, reference is made to the eating and swallowing disorders of people with cerebral palsy (C.P.) and what is the speech therapy intervention they receive. Emphasis isalso placed on alternative feeding methods as well as the oral treatments that these individuals receive. The impact of communication and speech disorders that arise through cerebral palsy is reported, including the types of dysarthria that exist and the speech therapy intervention followed in learning disabilities.
