| dc.description | Many people with the Asperger´s syndrome, sometimes do not have the best needed experience, when they visit museums. due to the crowds of people or the sheer amount of information, as a result, digital museums can be a good alternative for this group of people. However, the improvement of the accessibility of digital museums is significant, and this is the main goal of this study. The study focuses on Asperger’s aged 19-25 years and through interviews with them, two digital museum websites are evaluated in terms of with the results of interviews with people without the Asperger´s syndrome. Furthermore, according to these evaluations and their results, a prototype of a digital museum website is developed, with the aim of creation, the most ideal and accessible solution, for a better overall experience for these people. Finally, new evaluations are conducted with Asperger’s and non-Aspergers, to make the necessary changes to the website´s prototype, which is converted to an original by using html / CSS. The final prototype is re-evaluated by using the method of heuristic evaluation. Finally, the final conclusions are pointed out, to answer the research questions according to the results of the interviews. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Τα άτομα με σύνδρομο Άσπεργκερ πολλές φορές όταν επισκέπτονται μουσεία δεν βιώνουν και την καλύτερη εμπειρία, λόγω της πολυκοσμίας ή της υπερβολικής πληροφορίας που υπάρχει, οπότε τα ψηφιακά μουσεία μπορεί να αποτελέσουν μια καλή εναλλακτική γι’ αυτή την ομάδα ατόμων. Απαιτείται όμως, η βελτιστοποίηση της προσβασιμότητας τους, στις ιστοσελίδες μουσείων και αυτός είναι και ο κύριος στόχος της παρούσας μελέτης. Η μελέτη επικεντρώνεται σε Άσπεργκερς ηλικίας 19-25 ετών και μέσα από συνεντεύξεις μαζί τους, αξιολογούνται 2 ιστοσελίδες ψηφιακών μουσείων, όσον αφορά την προσβασιμότητα και την ευχρηστία τους και έρχονται σε σύγκριση και με συνεντεύξεις από άτομα χωρίς Άσπεργκερ. Στην συνέχεια, με βάση αυτές τις αξιολογήσεις και τα συμπεράσματα που διαπιστώνονται, αναπτύσσεται πρωτότυπο ιστοσελίδας ψηφιακού μουσείου, με στόχο την δημιουργία της ιδανικότερης και πιο προσβάσιμης λύσης, για καλύτερη εμπειρία πλοήγησης για αυτά τα άτομα. Ακολούθως, διεξάγονται νέες αξιολογήσεις με άτομα με Άσπεργκερς και μη, ούτως ώστε να γίνουν οι απαραίτητες αλλαγές στην ιστοσελίδα, η οποία μετατρέπεται σε πρωτότυπο με την χρήση HTML/CSS. Τέλος, επισημαίνονται τα τελικά συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν μέσα από τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα και τα αποτελέσματα των συνεντεύξεων. | en_US |
