| dc.description | Introduction: Diagnosing of cancer in a child brings many upheavals in their lives and family. In recent years, there has been a strong emphasis on the use of alternative and complementary therapies, which aim to improve the quality of life of hospitalized oncology patients and to improve the problems associated with long-term stying in hospital, treatment and their effects. One of these methods is the use of arts such as painting. Aim: To investigate the effect of the use of therapeutic methods of creative art (painting, drawing) on the psychosomatic well-being of children with cancer who are undergoing treatment through a systematic review of scientific publications. Material and Method: Research has been conducted on this subject in electronic databases (PubMed and Medline). Specific keywords such as: art, art therapy, painting, drawing, children with cancer, pediatric oncology patients, childhood cancer, pediatric cancer, chemotherapy and the use of commands AND and OR were used to combine the above words. Results: 7 quantitative surveys were found. According to the combination of the results, it was found that the use of therapeutic painting methods has a positive effect on the physical and psycho-emotional well-being as well as on the pain of pediatric oncology patients in the treatment phase. Conclusion: The application of therapeutic painting as an intervention in pediatric oncology patients which it brings positive results and significantly reduces the side effects of cancer and its treatment making the situation smoother for children's psychosomatic well-being while at the same time putting them in a more capable management condition. There is a great need to continue research at the international level, in order to fully see the effects of the impact of therapeutic art. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Η διάγνωση κάποιας μορφής καρκίνου σε ένα παιδί επιφέρει πολλές ανατροπές στη ζωή του και στην οικογένεια του. Τα τελευταία χρόνια γίνεται έντονος λόγος για τη χρησιμοποίηση εναλλακτικών και συμπληρωματικών θεραπειών, που αποσκοπούν στη βελτίωση της Ποιότητας ζωής των νοσηλευόμενων ογκολογικών ασθενών και στη βελτίωση των προβλημάτων που σχετίζονται με τη μακροχρόνια νοσηλεία, τις θεραπείες και τις επιπτώσεις τους. Μία από αυτές τις μεθόδους είναι η χρήση τεχνών όπως η ζωγραφική. Σκοπός: Η διερεύνηση της επίδρασης της χρήσης θεραπευτικών μεθόδων δημιουργικής τέχνης (ζωγραφική, σχέδιο) στη ψυχοσωματική ευεξία παιδιών με καρκίνο που βρίσκονται σε φάση θεραπείας μέσα από συστηματική ανασκόπηση επιστημονικών δημοσιεύσεων Υλικό και Μέθοδος: Έγινε αναζήτηση ερευνών σχετικά με το θέμα αυτό σε ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων (PubMed και Medline). Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν συγκεκριμένες λέξεις κλειδιά όπως: art, art therapy, painting, drawing, children with cancer, pediatric oncology patients, childhood cancer, pediatric cancer, chemotherapy και τη χρήση των εντολών AND και OR για το συνδυασμό των πιο πάνω λέξεων. Αποτελέσματα: Βρέθηκαν 7 ποσοτικές έρευνες. Σύμφωνα με το σύνολο και των συνδυασμό των αποτελεσμάτων βρέθηκε πως η χρήση θεραπευτικών μεθόδων ζωγραφικής έχει θετική επίδραση στη φυσιολογική και ψυχοσυναισθηματική ευεξία καθώς και στην αντιμετώπιση του πόνου παιδογκολογικών ασθενών σε φάση θεραπείας. Συμπέρασμα: Η εφαρμογή της θεραπευτικής ζωγραφικής σαν παρέμβαση στην νοσηλεία των παιδογκολογικών ασθενών επιφέρει θετικά αποτελέσματα και μειώνει σε σημαντικό βαθμό τις παρενέργειες του καρκίνου και της θεραπείας του κάνοντας την κατάσταση πιο ομαλή για τη ψυχοσωματική ευεξία των παιδιών ενώ ταυτόχρονα τα θέτει σε μια πιο ικανή κατάσταση διαχείρισης της βιωματικής τους εμπειρίας.
