Αρχικά γίνεται μια σύντομη παρουσίαση ορών και εννοιών σε σχέση με τη Διαχείριση Εργοταξίων. Συνεχίζοντας γίνεται αναφορά στη σωστή οργάνωση, διαχείριση και σχεδιασμό ενός έργου. Ακόμη γίνεται εκτενής αναφορά στα ρίσκα και στους κινδύνους που ενέχουν τα εργοτάξια, όπως και τρόποι αποφυγής τους. Ακολούθως στην εργασία παρουσιάζονται οι νομοθεσίες που αφορούν τα εργοτάξια στην Κύπρο σύμφωνα με το Τμήμα Επιθεώρησης Εργασίας. Επίσης γίνεται αναφορά στους νόμους περί Ασφαλείας και Άμυνας στην εργασία με βάση τα Κυπριακά πρότυπα. Στην εργασία περιλαμβάνεται μέρος του Σχεδίου Ασφαλείας και Υγείας που έγινε για την Ανέγερση του Πυροσβεστικού Σταθμού στη Λεμεσό (Κεντρικός). Τέλος παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα της πιο κάτω μελέτης. | Description: | This paper focuses on the Management of the Construction Sites in Cyprus and the strong link that they have with the Security and Defense measures that interests both the employers and the employed people due to their own safety/ At first, there’s a short presentation of the terms and meanings that are related to the Management of the Construction Sites. Then, a statement about the proper organization, management and planning of a project is been made along with the risks and dangers that a Constructions site includes and ways to avoid them. Also, this paper illustrates the legislations that concerns the construction sites in Cyprus according to the Department of Labor Inspection with reference to some of laws of Safety and Defense at work Furthermore, this paper includes parts from the safety and health plan was conducted during the construction of the Fire Station in Limassol.
