Μελετά συγκεκριμένα την περίπτωση της Kim Kardashian, η οποία θεωρείται «Βασίλισσα των selfies». Η έρευνα βασίζεται στο πως η Kim Kardashian φωτογραφίζει τον εαυτό της με αποτέλεσμα να έχει την περισσότερη απήχηση και στην εξέλιξη των selfies της κατά τη διάρκεια των χρόνων. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε τρία βασικά μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση με πληροφορίες που συγκεντρώθηκαν από διάφορες πηγές και έρευνες που αφορούν τις selfies, το Instagram και την Kim Kardashian. Στο δεύτερο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για τη διεξαγωγή της έρευνας. Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι να μελετηθεί ο όρος selfie και να δοθούν απαντήσεις στα εξής δυο ερευνητικά ερωτήματα: «Με ποιους τρόπους επιλέγει να βγάζει selfies η Kim Kardashian, κερδίζοντας τα περισσότερα likes;» και «Ποια η εξέλιξη των selfies της στο πέρασμα του χρόνου;». Παράλληλα, περιγράφεται η ερευνητική προσέγγιση καθώς επίσης η διαδικασία που ακολούθησα για τη συλλογή των απαραίτητων πληροφοριών που απαιτούσε η έρευνα. Το τρίτο μέρος της πτυχιακής εργασίας στηρίζεται σε ανάλυση περιεχομένου και την κωδικοποίηση 35 φωτογραφιών selfie της Kim Kardashian με μεταβλητές εμπνευσμένες από τις σημειολογικές παρατηρήσεις του R. Barthes, που αναφέρονται στο δοκίμιο του για το φωτογραφικό μήνυμα. Συγκεκριμένα το ερευνητικό υλικό (corpus) επιλέχθηκε με κριτήριο τα περισσότερα likes. Επιλέχθηκαν δηλαδή 5 selfies της Kim Kardashian στο Instagram, από 6 διαφορετικές χρονιές, με τα περισσότερα likes. Επιπρόσθετα, παρουσιάζονται πίνακες και διαγράμματα από την κωδικοποίηση μαζί με τα αποτελέσματα. Η μελέτη ολοκληρώνεται με συμπεράσματα και πίνακες. | Description: | This dissertation explores the case of selfie. Ιτ specifically studies the case of Kim Kardashian, who is considered the "Queen of the Selfies". The research is based on how Kim Kardashian is photographing herself, resulting in the most resonance and about the evolution of her selfies over the years. This study is divided into three main parts. The first part presents a bibliographic review of information gathered from various sources and researches on selfies, Instagram and Kim Kardashian. The second part presents the methodology used to conduct the survey. The purpose of the research is to study the term selfie and to answer the following two research questions: "In what ways does Kim Kardashian choose to take selfies and gets more likes?" And "What is the evolution of her selfies over time? ". Next, I describe the research approach as well as the procedure I followed for gathering the necessary information that the research required. The third part of the dissertation is based on content analysis and the codification of 35 selfies of Kim Kardashian with variables inspired by R. Barthes's remarks, referring to his essay on the photographic message. In particular, the research material (corpus) was chosen by most likes. It was chosen five Kim Kardashian's selfies at Instagram, from 6 different years, with most likes. Additionally, tables and charts are presented from the coding together with the results.
