| dc.description | The present dissertation is focused on the relationship between photography and memory. The dissertation is divided in three main parts. The first part presents the bibliographic research with information gathered from various sources and which are related to photography and memory relationship. In the second part the methodology used for the conduct of the research is presented. The survey aims to give answers to the following four research questions: «What kind of photos are most important for the elderly?», «Where do these people place, if they do so, their photos?», «Why do they choose to place their photos in the specific areas?» and «What is, according to the interviewees, the relationship between photography and memory?». At the same time, the research approach as well as the process followed to collect all the information required for the research are described. Afterwards the results obtained by decoding the interviews are written down when examples by using photos taken during the research are presented too. Then the conclusions emerged based on the results of the research are shown. The third part of the dissertation constitutes the practical part. Initially, the practical part is described and analyzed with references to the way in which this part is associated with the methodology of the dissertation, the influences and the individual elements of which it is constituted. The final photos that are selected and which resulted from the practical process are presented. At the end of the dissertation three annexes are included consisted of the defined interview questions, the contract signed by the interviewees and which confirms their acceptance in the survey, while the third and last annex is the tables which show the results of the decoded interviews. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία επικεντρώνεται στη σχέση που υπάρχει ανάμεσα στη φωτογραφία και την ανάμνηση. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε τρία βασικά μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση με πληροφορίες που συγκεντρώθηκαν από διάφορες πηγές και οι οποίες αφορούν τη σχέση φωτογραφίας και ανάμνησης. Στο δεύτερο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για τη διεξαγωγή της έρευνας. Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι να δοθούν απαντήσεις στα εξής τέσσερα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα: «Τι είδους φωτογραφίες έχουν τη μεγαλύτερη σημασία για άτομα τρίτης ηλικίας;», «Πού τοποθετούν, εάν τοποθετούν, τις φωτογραφίες τους άτομα τρίτης ηλικίας;», «Γιατί επιλέγουν να τοποθετήσουν φωτογραφίες στους συγκεκριμένους χώρους;» και «Ποια είναι, σύμφωνα με τους συνεντευξιαζόμενους, η σχέση ανάμεσα στη φωτογραφία και την ανάμνηση;». Παράλληλα, περιγράφεται η ερευνητική προσέγγιση καθώς επίσης η διαδικασία που ακολούθησα για τη συλλογή των απαραίτητων πληροφοριών που απαιτούσε η έρευνα. Στη συνέχεια καταγράφονται τα αποτελέσματα που προέκυψαν από την αποκωδικοποίηση των συνεντεύξεων παρουσιάζοντας επίσης παραδείγματα με τη χρήση φωτογραφιών που τραβήχτηκαν στα πλαίσια της έρευνας. Ακολούθως, γίνεται η διεξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων τα οποία προέκυψαν με βάση τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας. Το τρίτο μέρος της πτυχιακής εργασίας αποτελεί το πρακτικό κομμάτι. Αρχικά, το πρακτικό μέρος περιγράφεται και αναλύεται με αναφορές στον τρόπο με τον οποίο συνδέεται με τη μεθοδολογία, στους επηρεασμούς και τα επιμέρους στοιχεία που το συγκροτούν. Στη συνέχεια παρατίθενται οι τελικές φωτογραφίες που επιλέχθηκαν και οι οποίες προέκυψαν από τη πρακτική διαδικασία. Τέλος, συμπεριλαμβάνονται τρία παραρτήματα που αποτελούνται από τις καθορισμένες ερωτήσεις της συνέντευξης, το συμβόλαιο που υπέγραφαν οι συνεντευξιαζόμενοι και το οποίο επιβεβαιώνει την αποδοχή τους στην έρευνα, ενώ στο τρίτο και τελευταίο παράρτημα οι πίνακες στους οποίους καταγράφονται τα αποτελέσματα από τη κωδικοποίηση των συνεντεύξεων. | en_US |
