Biography
Christodoulos Georgiou graduated from the Department of Materials Science, Faculty of Sciences, University of Patras (2008). He is member of the Theory Group of the Research Unit “Nanostructured Materials Systems”. His research interests are focused on Computational Materials Science – Physics of Condensed Matter. Especially, he is involved in the study of Heteroepitaxial Islands (Ge/Si) with Monte Carlo Simulations.
