Biography
Dr Michalis Koutinas is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Technology in CUT (since April 2021) leading the Environmental Bioprocessing Laboratory. He studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras (2001) and has experience in research and academic activities in the field of Environmental Bioprocessing. He holds a PhD (2002-2006) in Biochemical Engineering from Imperial College London (UK), where he also worked for 4 years as a Post-Doc (2007-2011).
