Biography
Dina Tsybulsky, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Head of the Biology Education Research Group in the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Her research interests include approaches to biology teaching and learning; nature of science and scientific practices; biology teacher education and professional development. She is an active member of several international and national committees and serves on the editorial boards of JRST, JSTE, and DISER. Additionally, she is an incoming co-chair of the Outstanding Doctoral Research Award Committee at the NARST Association and co-chair of the Israeli Biology Education Research Forum. Currently, she is one of the PIs of Taking Citizen Science to School research center, a PI of the Smart BioEd Lab, and a PI of several research projects funded by the EuroTech Universities Alliance, the Israeli Science Foundation, and the Israeli Ministry of Education.
