Περίληψη: Background: Teamwork and job satisfaction is important among the multidisci-plinary team who care HF patients. TeamSTEPPS and Minnesota Satisfaction Ques-tionnaire "short form" are both self-report questionnaires which examine multipledimensions of perceptions of teamwork and job satisfaction, respectively withinhealthcare settings. Our aim is to examine the psychometric properties of theGreek versions of the TeamSTEPPS Teamwork perceptions questionnaire (GrT-TPQ)and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire "short form" (GrMSQ-short). Method: Amethodological study was contacted in order to assess the construct validity andreliability of the GrT-TPQ and GrMSQ-short. For that reason, 292 questionnaireswere administrated by Greek-Cypriot health care professionals (HCPs). Conrma-tory factor analysis (CFA) and Exploratory factor analysis were conducted to examinethe relationship between the ve T-TPQ dimensions. Cronbach’s a was calculatedas well. Results: CFA of GrT-TPQ conrmed the initial scale structure with excellent tindices (x2 (df) 1124.75 (550), p < 0.0001, AGFI = 0.986, TLI = 0.994, CFI = 0.994,RMSEA = 0.06, 90%, C.I.[0.055-0.065]). Furthermore, all dimensions were foundto be correlated (r = 0.65 to r = 0.88) and internal consistency was found ade-quate (Cronbach’s  = 0.96). Subscales also, demonstrated high internal consis-tency ( = 0.87-0.95). CFA for GrMSQ-short, did not conrm the initial scale’s dimen-sions. In EFA items 1, 5, 6, 12 and 18 were eliminated from the analysis due to lowcommunalities and multiple components loading. Two components were found rep-resenting the intrinsic and extrinsic aspects of job satisfaction. Conclusions: GrT-TPQ and GrMSQ-short are construct-valid instruments for mea-suring perceptions of teamwork and job satisfaction. This has increased implicationson future use and research on HCPs who care for patients with HF.
