Για τον σκοπό αυτό πραγματοποιήθηκαν μοριακές αναλύσεις. Αρχικά έγινε εξαγωγή του DNA και στην συνέχεια διεξαγωγή qPCR σε πραγματικό χρόνο (real time PCR). Από το σύνολο των 192 δειγμάτων θετικά για τον μικροοργανισμό Streptococcus agalactiae ήταν 75 δείγματα (39%), θετικά για Staphylococcus aureus ήταν 66 δείγματα (34%) θετικά για Mycoplasma bovis ήταν 22 δείγματα (11%).Τέλος με γνώμονα ότι το γάλα αποτελεί άμεση ανάγκη προς τον πληθυσμό μιας χώρας καθώς και ότι η παροχή ποιοτικού γάλακτος είναι αναφαίρετο δικαίωμα όλων, θα πρέπει να τηρούνται οι προκαθορισμένοι κανονισμοί περί της υγιεινής του καθώς και οι κατάλληλες διορθωτικές ενέργειες με στόχο η ποιότητα του να πληρεί τις προκαθορισμένες τυποποιημένες προδιαγραφές. | Description: | The subject of this graduate dissertation was the study on the detection of Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae and Mycoplasma bovis microorganisms in raw milk in dairy cows in Cyprus. For this purpose, molecular analyzes were performed. Initially, DNA was extracted and then qPCR was run in real time. Of the 192 samples positive for the microorganism Streptococcus agalactiae were 75 samples (39%) positive for Staphylococcus aureus were 66 samples (34%) positive for Mycoplasma bovis were 22 samples (11%).
