On the contrary, it might deal with change with hostility and resist its’ implementation by every means. Usually, the conservative behaviour prevails, streng thening the desire to maintain the current circumstances. Therefore, every attempt to introduce change is not an easy task. The current literature review indicates that the successful introduction of change in the clinical setting necessitates specific knowledge about the stages of change, the change agent, and the constraining forces in the organisation. Furthermore, these changes need to be introduced in a certain way as to trigger the desired results. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14279/1148 | ISSN: | 11056843 | Type: | Article | Affiliation: | Cyprus Nursing School | Publication Type: | Peer Reviewed |
