Abstract
The present thesis aims to provide not only to the Food Scientists, but also to anyone who is involved with Biological Sciences with useful mathematical analysis tools.
Mathematical Modeling is a way to help the Scientists to improve their results to quantitative level. Could be enhanced by introducing other mathematical analysis that facilitated in Engineering and Chemical Engineering. In the present work, we conducted mathematical analysis of different experimental results beyond the mere analysis and was considering the multivariate analysis. It also includes convergence of results through appropriate charts. Finally, we compare two methods of measuring antioxidant, DPPH and ORAC, data from studies conducted in the past.
