| dc.description | Introduction: The pressure ulcer in bedridden elderly people is the result of a series of pathological changes in the body that cause a reduction in perspiration and tissue oxygenation. The main cause is the exercise of prolonged pressure, while aggravating factors are mainly considered immobility. According to recent studies, it has been found that the occurrence of this phenomenon has increased, especially in bedridden elderly people who need help and are in the community. The contribution of the community nurse plays an important role in the prevention and education of the individual’s family about bed rest and the proper maintenance of people with pre-existing sleep disorders to avoid further problems. Aim: The purpose of this study is to conduct a systematic review of the international literature on bedridden elderly people in the community and ways of prevention in relation to the role of the community nurse and caregivers. Material and Method: Primary surveys and reviews were conducted in relation to the purpose of the study in PubMed and SCOPUS with a combination of keywords «bedsores», «elderly people», «home nursing», «Pressure ulcer», «elderly», «prevention», «bedsores and elderly», «prevention, nurses». Results: In this systematic review which aims to prevent the occurrence of bedsores in the elderly and how the knowledge and education pf nurses and caregivers of the elderly at home, contributes to prevention. Through this study, ways were found in which relatives with the help of the nurse or caregivers can help in the timely treatment of bedsores and later in the prevention of the appearance of young people. Conclusions: The conclusions we concluded are that bed rest is related to the patient’s pathological condition. Beyond that, however, it can be treated and prevented with the right guidance and training through appropriate treatment measures. That is why nurses and caregivers need to teach and give the appropriate knowledge to the patient’s family to understand and know what they need to do to prevent bedsores. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Οι κατακλίσεις που δημιουργούνται σε κλινήρης ηλικιωμένα άτομα είναι το αποτέλεσμα από μια σειρά παθολογικών μεταβολών στον οργανισμό που προκαλούν μείωση της αιμάτωσης και της οξυγόνωσης του ιστών. Κύρια αιτία είναι η άσκηση παρατεταμένης πίεσης, ενώ επιβαρυντικοί παράγοντες θεωρούνται κυρίως η ακινησία. Σύμφωνα με πρόσφατες μελέτες έχει διαπιστωθεί ότι αυξήθηκαν οι εμφανίσεις αυτού του φαινομένου ειδικά σε κλινήρης ηλικιωμένα άτομα τα οποία χρήζουν βοήθεια και βρίσκονται στην κοινότητα. Η συμβολή του κοινοτικού νοσηλευτή διαδραματίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στην πρόληψη και στην εκπαίδευση της οικογένειας του ατόμου σχετικά με τις κατακλίσεις και την σωστή διατήρηση ατόμων με προ υπάρχουσες κατακλίσεις έτσι ώστε να αποφευχθούν περεταίρω προβλήματα. Σκοπός: Σκοπός της μελέτης αυτής είναι η διεξαγωγή συστηματικής ανασκόπησης της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας σχετικά με την δημιουργία κατακλίσεων σε ηλικιωμένα κλινήρη άτομα που βρίσκονται στην κοινότητα και οι τρόποι πρόληψης σε σχέση με το ρόλο του κοινοτικού νοσηλευτή/τριας και των φροντιστών . Υλικό και μέθοδος: Πραγματοποιήθηκε αναζήτηση πρωτογενών ερευνών και ανασκοπήσεων σε σχέση με τον σκοπό της μελέτης στο PubMed και SCOPUS με συνδυασμό των λέξεων κλειδιών «bedsores» « elderly people» «home nursing». » «Pressure ulcer», «elderly», «prevention», «bedsores and elderly», «prevention, nurses» Αποτελέσματα: Σε αυτή την συστηματική ανασκόπηση η οποία έχει στόχο την πρόληψη εμφάνισης των κατακλίσεων στα ηλικιωμένα άτομα και πως οι γνώσεις και η εκπαίδευση των νοσηλευτών και των φροντιστών ηλικιωμένων ατόμων στο σπίτι, συμβάλει στην πρόληψη. Μέσα από αυτήν την μελέτη βρέθηκαν τρόποι με τους οποίους οι συγγενείς με την βοήθεια του νοσηλευτή ή των φροντιστών μπορούν να συμβάλουν στην έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση των κατακλίσεων και μετέπειτα στην πρόληψη εμφάνισης νέων. Συμπεράσματα: Τα Συμπεράσματα που καταλήξαμε είναι ότι οι κατάκλισης σχετίζονται με την παθολογική κατάσταση του ασθενούς. Πέρα από αυτά όμως μπορεί να αντιμετωπιστεί και να προληφθεί με τη σωστή καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση μέσω των κατάλληλων μέτρων αντιμετωπίσεις. Γι’ αυτό οι νοσηλευτές και οι φροντιστές πρέπει να διδάξουν και να δώσουν τις κατάλληλες γνώσεις στην οικογένεια του ασθενή για να αντιλαμβάνονται και να γνωρίζουν τι πρέπει να κάνουν για την πρόληψη των κατακλίσεων. | en_US |
