| dc.description | In this study presented the importance of the Administration-Management of Construction projects and the connection of this concept with their Life Cycle, as well as with the individual phases in which it is composed. First, there is a detailed presentation of definitions and various concepts regarding the Administration and Management of Construction Projects, while also highlights historical backgrounds and the evolution of the Management Science in which the Administration and Management of Projects originates, which appeared after the need for requirements implementation of complex projects. One of the objectives of this study, is to highlight the role and importance of Project Management is not just a part of the process of development and creation of construction projects, but an integral part of the construction industry and necessary for its continuous development. The study presents the importance of the Life Cycle of a construction project, the definition, of which phases in general and in particular it consists, but also to determine its ultimate the purpose. Then, some of the important aspects of the construction industry that are controlled and progressed are presented and analyzed. Some of the most important aspects are the budget of a project since the knowledge of costs is necessary for both the design and implementation of the project, the planning and control of the project. Also, another aspect that is important is the part of sustainable design, which is one of the most effective ways of environmental protection and in the long run is a "tool” to save cost and energy of the building. At the end of the study, conclusions are presented about the importance of both the Construction Project Management and their Life Cycle. The conclusions will also be reported on the contribution of sustainable design, the importance in the construction sector and general for the individual phases of the Life Cycle of a Project. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Στη παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζεται η σημαντικότητα της Διοίκησης- Διαχείρισης των Κατασκευαστικών έργων και η σύνδεση της έννοιας αυτής με τον Κύκλος Ζωής τους, όπως και με τις επιμέρους φάσεις κατά τις οποίες αποτελείται. Αρχικά, γίνεται μια αναλυτική παρουσίαση ορισμών και διάφορων εννοιών όσον αφορά την Διοίκηση και Διαχείριση των Κατασκευαστικών Έργων, ενώ επίσης παρουσιάζονται ιστορικές αναδρομές και η εξελικτική πορεία της Διοικητικής Επιστήμης κατά την οποία πηγάζει η Διοίκηση και Διαχείριση Έργων, που εμφανίστηκε αφού προήλθε η ανάγκη για απαιτήσεις υλοποίησης πολύπλοκων έργων. Ένας από τους στόχους της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να αναδείξει το ρόλο και την σημαντικότητα της Διοίκησης Έργων δεν είναι απλά ένα μέρος της διαδικασίας ανάπτυξης και δημιουργίας κατασκευαστικών έργων, αλλά ένα αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της κατασκευαστικής βιομηχανίας και απόλυτα αναγκαίο για τη συνεχή της εξέλιξη. Στη συνέχεια, η εργασία παρουσιάζει την σημαντικότητα του Κύκλου Ζωής ενός κατασκευαστικού έργου, τον ορισμό του, από ποιες φάσεις γενικότερα και ειδικότερα αποτελείται, αλλά και να προσδιορίσει τον απώτερο του σκοπό. Ακολούθως, παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται κάποιες από τις σημαντικές πτυχές του κλάδου των κατασκευών που ελέγχονται και προοδεύουν. Κάποιες από τις σημαντικότερες πτυχές αυτές είναι ο προϋπολογισμός ενός έργου αφού η γνώση των εξόδων είναι απαραίτητη τόσο για το σχεδιασμό όσο και για την υλοποίηση του έργου, τον προγραμματισμό και έλεγχο του έργου. Επίσης, ακόμα μια πτυχή που διαδραματίζει ένα ακόμα σημαντικό ρόλο είναι ο βιώσιμος σχεδιασμός, ο οποίος αποτελεί ένα από τα πιο δραστικά μέσα για την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος αλλά και μακροπρόθεσμα αποτελεί «εργαλείο εξοικονόμησης» κόστους και ενέργειας. Στο τέλος της μελέτης παρουσιάζονται συμπεράσματα για την σημαντικότητα τόσο της Διοίκησης των Κατασκευαστικών Έργων, όσο και τον Κύκλο Ζωής τους. Επίσης, συμπεράσματα θα αναφέρονται και για συμβολή του βιώσιμου σχεδιασμού, την σημαντικότητα του στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα και γενικότερα για τις επιμέρους φάσεις του Κύκλου Ζωής ενός Έργου. | en_US |
