| dc.description | Introduction: The phenomenon of adolescent pregnancy is an international problem that still concerns the scientific community, causing problems for both the adolescent and society itself. In an unplanned pregnancy, the adolescent is faced with a fatal dilemma-either to continuing or terminating the pregnancy and is overwhelmed by influences from both society and herself. Aim: To investigate the factors associated in terminating or continuing an unplanned pregnancy. Material and Method: Recent scientific articles, books, and published scientific studies have been used. The method used was to search the international literature for databases (PubMed, Google Scholar, CINAHL plus). The search resulted in 8 studies, during the period 2009-2020, that met the predetermined criteria. Results: The search for the relevant literature has shown that the adolescent is called upon to face the various challenges she finds in her environment for her final decision. The factors that have contributed to its final decision are the socio-economic, cultural and individual nature. The whole process of choosing her decision in an unwanted pregnancy, disrupts her relationships with important others but also for the teenager, so she should be properly trained so that she is able to decide correctly and prudently. Conclusions: The final decision of teenage girls is reflected in several factors. Healthcare professionals, including community nurses, should be properly trained to recognize in time the aspects that may affect their decision, combined with their counseling and support for its vital, final decision. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Το φαινόμενο της εφηβικής εγκυμοσύνης αποτελεί ένα διεθνές πρόβλημα που εξακολουθεί να απασχολεί την επιστημονική κοινότητα, επιφέροντας προβλήματα τόσο στην ίδια την έφηβη, όσο και στην ίδια την κοινωνία. Σε μια μη προγραμματισμένη εγκυμοσύνη, η έφηβη βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπη με ένα μοιραίο δίλημμα-αυτό της συνέχισης ή του τερματισμού της εγκυμοσύνης και κατακλύζεται από επιρροές τόσο από την κοινωνία, όσο και από την ίδια. Σκοπός: Να διερευνηθούν οι παράγοντες που σχετίζονται με τον τερματισμό ή τη συνέχιση μιας μη προγραμματισμένης εγκυμοσύνης. Υλικό και Μέθοδος: Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν πρόσφατα επιστημονικά άρθρα, βιβλία αλλά και δημοσιευμένες επιστημονικές μελέτες. Η μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν η αναζήτηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας σε βάσεις δεδομένων (PubMed. Google Scholar. CTN'AHL plus). Η αναζήτηση κατέληξε σε 8 μελέτες, κατά την περίοδο 2009-2020. που πληρούσαν τα προκαθορισμένα κριτήρια. Αποτελέσματα:. Μέσα από την αναζήτηση της σχετική: βιβλιογραφίας αποδείχθηκε πως η έφηβη καλείται να αντιμετωπίσει τις διάφορες προκλήσεις τις οποίες βρίσκει από το περιβάλλον της για την τελική της απόφαση. Οι παράγοντες που επισημάνθηκαν πως επιδρούν στην τελική της απόφαση είναι οι κοινωνικοοικονομικής, πολιτιστικής και ατομικής φύσεως. Η όλη διαδικασία επιλογή: της απόφασή της σε μια ανεπιθύμητη εγκυμοσύνη, διαταράσσει τις σχέσεις της με τους σημαντικούς άλλους αλλά και για την έφηβη. γι' αυτό θα πρέπει να εκπαιδευτεί κατάλληλα ούτω: ώστε να είναι ικανή να αποφασίσει ορθά και με σύνεση. Συμπεράσματα: Η τελική απόφαση των εφήβων κοριτσιών αντανακλάται από διάφορους παράγοντες. Οι επαγγελματίες υγείας συμπεριλαμβανομένου και των νοσηλευτών της κοινότητας θα πρέπει να εκπαιδευτούν κατάλληλα ώστε να αναγνωρίσουν έγκαιρο: τις πτυχές που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόφασή της. σε συνδυασμό με τη συμβουλευτική και τη στήριξη τους ως προς την τελική της απόφαση η οποία θα είναι ζωτικής σημασίας. | en_US |
