dc.descriptionThis thesis project deals with the integration of one's personality in the field of human resources management and recruitment. It consists of a decision-making system that deals with the assignment of roles and staffing in the banking sector by analyzing qualifications and personality data. The main aim of this project is the incorporation of Digital Banking in Cyprus and the understanding of the importance of the element of personality during professional orientation. A smart algorithm was created based on ComProFITS using O*NET as the main source of information and was implemented using the Python programming language. An online platform providing user friendly interaction with the system was created using the XAMPP open source web server solution stack. The system that was implemented provides the user with a unique recruitment management experience, highlighting the convenience of automating the basic application procedure. Lastly, it proves the importance of personality in determining a candidate's uniqueness.en_US
dc.description.abstractΑυτή η πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως θέμα την ένταξη του πεδίου της προσωπικότητας στον τομέα της διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και των προσλήψεων. Αποτελείται από ένα σύστημα λήψης αποφάσεων για την ανάθεση ρόλων και τη στελέχωση ομάδων στον τραπεζικό χώρο με τη χρήση δεδομένων προσόντων και προσωπικότητας. Βασικός στόχος της εργασίας η ένταξη του Digital Banking στην Κύπρο και η κατανόηση της σημαντικότητας του στοιχείου προσωπικότητας στον επαγγελματικό προσανατολισμό. Υλοποιήθηκε ένας ευφυής αλγόριθμος για την λήψη αποφάσεων βασισμένος στο ComProFITS με κύρια πηγή πληροφοριών το Ο*ΝΕΤ και γλώσσα υλοποίησης python. Δημιουργήθηκε και μια διαδικτυακή πλατφόρμα για την εύχρηστη αλληλεπίδραση των χρηστών με το σύστημα για την οποία χρησιμοποιήθηκε το ΧΑΜΡΡ. Το σύστημα που υλοποιήθηκε προσφέρει στον χρήστη μία μοναδική εμπειρία διαχείρισης προσλήψεων προβάλλοντας την ευκολία που προσφέρει η αυτοματοποίηση των βασικών διαδικασιών εξέτασης των αιτήσεων. Τέλος, αποδεικνύει την σημαντικότητα της προσωπικότητας στον καθορισμό της μοναδικότητας ενός υποψηφίου.en_US
