dc.descriptionThis master thesis focuses on the issues involving the process of the bunkering operations of merchant ships and the associated risks related to the fuel market. The introduction presents the issue of global shipping with a shift to the bunkering operation. The first chapter consists of a general bibliography overall view of the general situation of the bunkering shipping market and the bunkering procedure. The second chapter focuses on the hedging risk strategy of the bunkering procedure. The third chapter proposes and analyzes the hedging risk strategy when purchasing and selling the shipping bunkers. The master thesis concludes with a general analysis drawn from the above issues.en_US
dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται το ζήτημα της διαδικασίας πετρέλευσης εμπορικών πλοίων και τον συναφών κινδύνων στην αγορά ναυτιλιακών καυσίμων. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, η εργασία στην εισαγωγή παρουσιάζει το ζήτημα της παγκόσμιας ναυτιλίας με αναγωγή στην διαδικασία πετρέλευσης. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αποτελεί μια βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση της γενικότερης κατάστασης της αγοράς καυσίμων στην ναυτιλία και της διαδικασίας πετρέλευσης. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο επικεντρώνεται στις μεθόδους αντιστάθμισης κινδύνων για την διαδικασία πετρέλευσης. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο προτείνετε και αναλύετε η στρατηγική αντιστάθμισης του κίνδυνου στη αγοραπωλησία ναυτιλιακών καυσίμων. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με γενικότερα συμπεράσματα που εξάγονται αχό την ανάλυση των ως όνο ζητημάτων.en_US
