Kalaitzi, Dimitra

Department
Dr. Dimitra Kalaitzi is an Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management and Logistics in the Department of Shipping at the School of Management and Economics at the Cyprus University of Technology. Previously, she worked as a lecturer at Aston University and Birmingham City University, and as a postdoctoral researcher at Aston University and the University of Cambridge. Dimitra’s research interests lie within the areas of sustainability, circular economy, emerging technologies, supply chain risk, and resilience. She has been involved in various projects at the University of Cambridge [REMEDIES (RE-configuring MEDIcines End-to-end Supply)] and at Aston University [NEXT-NEXT, UK-centric supply chains, ReSChape (Reshaping Supply Chains for Positive Social Impact)]. Her research has been published in well-known journals in the field of operations and supply chain management.
