Polemikou, Anna
Anna Polemikou, PhD is an Adjunct Lecturer of Psychology at the University of the Aegean and at Athens University, where she coordinates psychology courses for the Masters programme in Disaster Medicine and Health-Crisis Management. She is also the author of the book Raising Spiritual Children: From Ultimate Intelligence to Ultimate Happiness (in greek). She graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Cardiff and received her MSc in Rehabilitation Psychology from Nottingham University. She earned her doctorate in Research Psychology from the University of Bath in 2010. She also holds a PgG in person-centered counselling from Strathclyde University and maintains an active clinical practice. She provides lectures, workshops, and consulting on trauma, resilience, meaning, spirituality, and consciousness in children and adults.
