Chrystalla Antoniou is a PhD candidate in the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts. She is a member of the Visual Sociology and Museum Studies Lab of the same department (VSMS Lab) which is coordinated by Dr. Theopisti Stylianou-Lambert. She holds a Master’s in “Outdoor Environmental Education and Outdoor Life” from the Department of Culture and Communication at the Linköping University (Sweden) and a Bachelor’s in Educational Sciences from the University of Cyprus. Her research interests include outdoor education in authentic learning contexts, museum education, environmental education, experiential learning and place-based education. Her work investigates the implementation and promotion of museum environmental education through designed educational programs.
