Dr Renos A. Votsis is a Research Fellow in the Department of Civil Engineering and Geomatics. He received a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Higher Technical Institute (Diploma, First Class). He continued his studies at the University of Surrey (UK) to obtain Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Honours, First Class) where he received the department’s scholarships for his HTI performance.
