Nowadays the computer games became part of our lives. It's important to study the cognitive load of the game and the flow experience of users because this factors either may lead the user to quit playing the game or can help to improve the game experience further and become more enjoyable for the user. This study examines the theoretical as well as practical notions of cognitive load and flow state that the users may experience in a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) gaming environment. The main goal is to evaluate the cognitive load and state of flow by utilizing the classical data collection tools, tracking devices as well as the advanced software and technology such as FaceReader for detection of emotions from facial expressions and the Q sensor, which is a wearable device that records skin conductance. Consequently, a general goal is to provide important information that could be missing from the studies that use traditional methodology for data collection.en_US
