Τα τελευταία χρόνια παρατηρούμε ότι με την σημαντική ανάπτυξη της τεχνολογίας , έχουν δημιουργηθεί αρκετές εφαρμογές με σκοπό την ενημέρωση στον χώρο του αθλητισμού. Μια από αυτές τις εφαρμογές είναι το SofaScore, όπου μέσω αυτής μπορεί κάποιος να ενημερωθεί για τα νέα των διαφόρων ομάδων και για διάφορα αποτελέσματα, είτε ζωντανά , είτε παιχνίδια που έγιναν τις προηγούμενες μέρες ή ακόμη και για παιχνίδια που θα γίνουν στο μέλλον. Η μεθοδολογία της εργασίας αφορά στη παρατήρηση και στη σύγκριση για τις ποικίλες προβλέψεις του κοινού και εμπειρογνωμόνων που πραγματοποιούνται πριν από κάθε παιχνίδι ποδοσφαίρου για τα 5 κορυφαία πρωταθλήματα του κόσμου μαζί και με τη κορυφαία διασυλλογική οργάνωση της UEFA, το UEFA Champions League, καθώς και τη συσχέτιση των προβλέψεων με τις αποδόσεις της στοιχηματικής εταιρείας. Έτσι θα μπορούμε στο τέλος να παρατηρήσουμε για το ποια από τις δύο ομάδες ελέγχου θα είναι πιο ακριβείς στις προβλέψεις των παιχνιδιών και στο αν υπάρχει συσχέτιση ή όχι μεταξύ των προβλέψεων του κοινού και τις αποδόσεις της στοιχηματικής εταιρείας στην εφαρμογή του SofaScore. | Description: | In this thesis the subject area includes the significant use of technology in conjunction with the comparison of predictions between the general public and experts, as well as the correlation of predictions with betting companies. In recent years we have noticed that with the significant development of technology, several applications have been created with the aim of providing information in the field of sports. One of these applications is SofaScore, where through it someone can be informed about the news of the various teams and about various results, either live, or games that took place in the previous days or even for games that will take place in the future. The methodology of the work concerns the observation and comparison of the various public and expert predictions made before each football game for the top 5 leagues in the world together with UEFA's premier inter-club organisation, the UEFA Champions League, as well as the correlation of the predictions with the betting company's returns.
