dc.descriptionCommunication is the focus of my work, and how communication may help you explain what you need to say. Art is a unique visual language, and it was through it that I was able to become closer to my partner. This prompted me to compose creative writing for both of us. My main concern in my practical work is how to overcome the challenges of diverse languages? and how can I connect with my boyfriend when our languages are different? The glass bottles that safeguard the messages from reaching their destination and the turmeric, which is the most essential product from my partner’s homeland, are the basic elements I utilize in my work.en_US
dc.description.abstractΤο θέμα με το οποίο ασχολούμαι στην πρακτική μου δουλειά είναι η επικοινωνία και πως μέσω της επικοινωνίας μπορείς να εκφράσεις αυτά που έχεις ανάγκη να πεις. Η τέχνη είναι μια ιδιότυπη εικαστική γλώσσα, που είναι ο τρόπος ο οποίος με βοήθησε στο να έρθω πιο κοντά με τον σύντροφο μου. Αυτό με οδήγησε στο να δημιουργήσω μια νέα γραφή που θα είναι κοινή και για τους δυο μας. Τα κυριότερα ερώτημα της δουλείας μου είναι, πως μπορώ να υπερνικήσω τα εμπόδια της διαφορετικής γλώσσας; Και πως μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω όταν εγώ και το αγόρι μου μιλάμε διαφορετικές γλώσσες; Τα βασικά υλικά που χρησιμοποιώ στα έργα μου είναι οι γυάλινες μπουκάλες που προστατεύουν τα γράμματα να φτάσουν στον προορισμό τους και ο κουρκουμάς (turmeric) που είναι το σημαντικότερο προϊόν από την χωρά του αγοριού μου. Μέσα από τα έργα μου θέλω να δείξω στους θεατές την διαδικασία που διασχίσαμε με τον σύντροφο μου στον να βρούμε τον δικό μας τρόπο επικοινωνίας.en_US
