| dc.description | In this graduate work develops the issue of Safety and Health on construction sites, which is an integral part of the construction sector. The historical review of accidents at work at local level in the year 2009-2020, as well as the European and Cyprus legislation that Cyprus follows on safety and health issues, is listed. The Cyprus Strategy on Safety and Health at Work 2013 – 2020 is also being developed, which sets and directs priorities aimed at improving workplaces, in order to ensure maximum protection for persons carrying out the work and/or third parties who may be adversely affected by the performance of the work. Then there is a description of the court decisions taken by province in 2018, 2019 and 2020, as well as the financial penalties submitted. In addition, the development of the Safety and Health Plan (PHA), which aims to prevent occupational risks and create safe and healthy working conditions on the site, as well as the development of the structure of the PHA, the risk assessment methodology, the Personal Protection Measures (MPP) to be followed personally by each employee and a reference to the Safety and Health File (PHA). This is followed by a small survey with the creation of a questionnaire which aims to collect necessary and important information, but also to determine what the view of workers on safety and health on construction sites is. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αναπτύσσεται το θέμα της Ασφάλειας και Υγείας στα εργοτάξια,το οποίο αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα.Αναγράφεται η ιστορική αναδρομή εργατικών ατυχημάτων σε τοπικό επίπεδο κατά το Έτος 2009-2020,καθώς και η Ευρωπαϊκή και η Κυπριακή Νομοθεσία που ακολουθεί η Κύπρος σε θέματα ασφάλειας και υγείας.Επίσης,αναπτύσσεται η Στρατηγική της Κύπρου όσο αφορά την Ασφάλεια και Υγεία στην Εργασία 2013 – 2020, η οποία καθορίζει και κατευθύνει τις προτεραιότητες οι οποίες έχουν στόχο την βελτίωση των χώρων εργασίας,έτσι ώστε να διασφαλιστεί η μέγιστη προστασία των ατόμων που εκτελούν τις εργασίες ή και τρίτων προσώπων που ενδεχομένως να επηρεαστούν αρνητικά από την εκτέλεση των εργασιών.Έπειτα,γίνεται περιγραφή των Δικαστικών αποφάσεων που πάρθηκαν άνα επαρχία στα έτη 2018,2019 και 2020,καθώς και οι χρηματικές ποινές που υποβλήθηκαν.Επιπλέον,αναλύεται η Ανάπτυξη του Σχέδιου Ασφάλειας και Υγείας(ΣΑΥ),που έχει ώς στόχο την πρόληψη των επαγγελματικών κινδύνων και την δημιουργία ασφαλών και υγιεινών συνθηκών εργασίας στο εργοτάξιο,καθώς και η ανάπτυξη της δομής του ΣΑΥ ,την μεθοδολογία εκτίμησης κινδύνου,τα Μέτρα Ατομικής Προστασίας(ΜΑΠ) που πρέπει να ακολουθεί προσωπικά ο κάθε εργαζόμενος και αναφορά στον Φάκελο Ασφάλειας και Υγείας(ΦΑΥ).Ακολουθεί μικρή έρευνα με την δημιουργία ενός ερωτηματολογίου το οποίο έχει ως στόχο να συλλέξει απαραίτητες και σημαντικές πληροφορίες,αλλά και να διαπιστώσει ποιά είναι η οπτική γωνία των εργαζόμενων για την Ασφάλεια και Υγεία στα εργοτάξια. | en_US |
