Η σωστή διοίκηση και διαχείριση ενός οικοδομικού έργου αποτελεί ένα χρήσιμο εργαλείο στα χέρια των εταιριών. Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζεται η σημαντικότητα της Διοίκησης και Διαχείρισης Οικοδομικών έργων και η σύνδεση της έννοιας αυτής με τη μείωση των Ρίσκων που αναπόφευκτα εμφανίζονται σε πολλά επίπεδα στα οικοδομικά έργα προκαλώντας προβλήματα στα εργοτάξια και την αποπεράτωση των έργων με συνεπακόλουθες οικονομικές επιπτώσεις. Αρχικά παρουσιάζονται οι έννοιες και οι όροι που συσχετίζονται με τη διοίκηση και τη διαχείριση των έργων. Επίσης , παρουσιάζονται ιστορικές αναδρομές και η εξελικτική πορεία της διοικητικής επιστήμης γενικότερα. Από αυτήν προέρχεται η Διοίκηση και Διαχείριση Έργων, η οποία εμφανίστηκε μετά από ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις υλοποίησης των έργων. Η παρούσα εργασία αναδεικνύει τον ρόλο της διοίκησης έργων και την αναγκαιότητα για την συνεχή εξέλιξη αυτής στη βιομηχανία . Επομένως η εργασία παρουσιάζει μερικές από τις σημαντικότερες πτυχές του κλάδου των κατασκευών, που μέσω της Διοίκησης Έργων ελέγχονται και προοδεύουν ομαλά. Οι σημαντικές αυτές πτυχές περιλαμβάνουν τον προϋπολογισμό ενός έργου αφού η γνώση των δαπανών είναι απαραίτητη τόσο για τον σχεδιασμό όσο και για την υλοποίηση του έργου, τον προγραμματισμό και έλεγχο του έργου και των μεθόδων που αναπτύχτηκαν με στόχο να βοηθήσουν την πρόοδο του έργου και όλες τις απαιτήσεις που περιέχει. Οι διαταράξεις κατά την περίοδο εργασιών στα οικοδομικά έργα είναι ένα σημαντικό ζήτημα το οποίο εμφανίζεται με ποίκιλες μορφές με αποτέλεσμα να προκαλούν σειρά προβλημάτων κατά την υλοποίηση του έργου. Έτσι με την εύρεση και τη σωστή διαχείριση των ρίσκων μειώνονται οι διαταράξεις κατά την υλοποίηση. Ακολούθως παρουσιάζεται ο ρόλος και η σημαντικότητα του Σχέδιου Ασφαλείας και Υγείας στα εργοτάξια, τα σταδία τα οποία περιλαμβάνει, και ποιοι κανόνες πρέπει να ακολουθούνται ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η ασφάλεια στο εργοτάξιο. Στο τέλος της μελέτης παρουσιάζονται συμπεράσματα για την σημαντικότητα της διοίκησης στα εργοτάξια και το ρολό που έχει ο υπεύθυνος διοίκησης εργοταξίου. | Description: | Nowadays and up until 2021, there are significant changing conditions which caused the shortness of certain products’ life cycle. Considering those changes, companies are forced to be up to date with the new conditions and adapt their products and work based on those changes. The proper management and organisation of a construction project is an essential tool for a successful company. The current dissertation project aims to present the great importance of Project Management within construction projects. In addition to that, to address the elimination of certain risks which may appear inevitably within different construction projects. A variety of risks may have an impact on construction sites and lead to economic consequences which will challenge the completion of the project. Initially, there is a description of the terms and concepts of managing a construction project. Furthermore, the historical background and the progress of the concept of Project Management is presented identifying how it evolved through time. The high demand of implementing different construction projects led to the dramatic change and development on the concept of Project Management. It is vital that the Project Management concept continuous its development within the construction industry and therefore, this dissertation presents different aspects of the construction industry which are controlled and at the same time improve through Project Management. One very important aspect is the cost required for the completion of a construction project. The accurate identification of cost at an early stage of the construction project is essential and highly affects the project in several areas which include the design of the project, the correct programming of the works, the progress of the works and the completion of the project with everything that must be included to fulfil the needs of the client. During the construction period, several risks may arise that can cause disruptions which may lead to a series of problems and challenges to the completion of the project. However, by applying the right methodology, management and organisation, those risks can be tackled and disruptions can be limited. Moreover, this paper also focuses on the impacts and importance of Health and Safety at the workplace and the specific methods and regulations that must be followed to ensure safety is achieved at the construction site.
