| dc.description | The present study constitutes a bibliographic review of scientific studies that investigate the ability of Greek-speaking individuals with aphasia to produce and/or comprehend the following verb-related morphosyntactic /functional categories: a) subject-verb agreement, b) tense/time reference, and c) aspect. To examine the above categories, researchers use either structured tasks, such as sentence completion tasks and sentence grammatically judgment tasks, or semi-structured tasks, such as image description tasks and spontaneous speech extraction through an interview. The theoretical background of the present study consists of significant information about aphasia and its types, such as their causes and main characteristics, as well as information in relation to the linguistic status of the above morphosyntactic /functional categories in Greek language. There is also a brief reference to the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with aphasia. The ultimate goal of this bibliographic review is to provide easier access to valid information about morphosyntactic features/characteristics in Greek language. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Η συγκεκριμένη εργασία αποτελεί μια βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση επιστημονικών μελετών που διερευνούν την ικανότητα των ελληνόφωνων ασθενών με αφασία να παράγουν και να κατανοούν τις ακόλουθες μορφοσυντακτικές/λειτουργικές κατηγορίες που σχετίζονται με το ρήμα: α) συμφωνία υποκείμενου-ρήματος, β) χρόνος/χρονική αναφορά και γ) όψη. Για την εξέταση των παραπάνω κατηγοριών, οι μελετητές χρησιμοποιούν είτε δομημένες δοκιμασίες, όπως είναι οι δοκιμασίες συμπλήρωσης πρότασης και οι δοκιμασίες κρίσης γραμματικότητας πρότασης, είτε ημιδομημένες δοκιμασίες, όπως είναι οι δοκιμασίες περιγραφής εικόνων και η εκμαίευση αυθόρμητου λόγου μέσα από συνέντευξη. Το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο της παρούσας εργασίας αποτελείται από σημαντικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με την αφασία και τους τύπους της, όπως είναι τα αίτια τους και τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά τους, καθώς και από πληροφορίες σε σχέση με τη γλωσσολογική υπόσταση των παραπάνω μορφοσυντακτικών/λειτουργικών κατηγοριών στα ελληνικά. Γίνεται επίσης συνοπτική αναφορά και στο κομμάτι της αξιολόγησης και της αποκατάστασης των ασθενών με αφασία. Σκοπός της παρούσας βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης είναι να δώσει μια ευκολότερη πρόσβαση σε έγκυρες πληροφορίες σχετικά με τα μορφοσυντακτικά χαρακτηριστικά στα ελληνικά. | en_US |
