| dc.description | The cannabis plant has been known since antiquity and has been used by man in many ways. The fiber of the plant contains more than 400 recognized chemicals, from which stands out a large family of terphenophenols, known as cannabinoids. In recent years there has been an increase in research activity regarding possible therapeutic uses of cannabis. It has been observed that its sedative properties can be used in a number of diseases and symptoms. In the first chapter of the present work an attempt is made to get to know the cannabis plant in terms of its general characteristics and the cultivation of the plant. From the morphology of the plant to sowing and planting density. In the second chapter the enemies and diseases of the plant are developed. They are presented in detail what growers should pay attention to before and after planting as well as what diseases infect the plant. The third chapter refers to the healing properties of the plant and to which diseases it has positive effects. The other side of the coin is cannabis as an addictive substance. How this plant can become an addiction and at the same time a scourge for the population and especially for young people. The last part of the paper presents the legal framework that applies to Cyprus and Greece. Both for the cultivation of cannabis and for what diseases it can be prescribed in Cyprus. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Το φυτό της κάνναβης είναι γνωστό από την αρχαιότητα και έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί από τον άνθρωπο με πολλούς τρόπους. Οι ίνες του φυτού περιέχουν περισσότερες από 400 αναγνωρισμένες χημικές ουσίες, από τις οποίες ξεχωρίζει μια μεγάλη οικογένεια τερπενοφαινολών, γνωστών ως κανναβινοειδή. Τα τελευταία χρόνια παρατηρείται μία έξαρση της ερευνητικής δραστηριότητας αναφορικά με ενδεχόμενες θεραπευτικές χρήσεις της κάνναβης. Έχει παρατηρηθεί ότι οι κατασταλτικές της ιδιότητες μπορούν να χρησιμεύσουν σε μία σειρά από παθήσεις και συμπτώματα. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας εργασία γίνεται προσπάθεια να γνωρίσουμε το φυτό της κάνναβης ως προς τα γενικά χαρακτηριστικά του και την καλλιέργεια του φυτού. Από την μορφολογία του φυτού δηλαδή μέχρι την σπορά και την πυκνότητα φύτευσης. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναπτύσσονται οι εχθροί και οι ασθένειες του φυτού. Παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά το τι πρέπει να προσέχουν οι καλλιεργητές πριν και μετά την φύτευση καθώς και ποιες ασθένειες προσβάλλουν το φυτό. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στις θεραπευτικές ιδιότητες του φυτού και σε ποιες ασθένειες έχει θετικά αποτελέσματα. Η άλλη όψη του νομίσματος είναι η κάνναβη ως εξαρτησιογόνα ουσία. Πως αυτό το φυτό μπορεί να γίνει εξάρτηση και ταυτόχρονα μάστιγα για τον πληθυσμό και ειδικότερα για τους νέους. Στο τελευταίο μέρος της εργασίας παρουσιάζεται το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο που ισχύει για την Κύπρο και την Ελλάδα. Τόσο για την καλλιέργεια της κάνναβης όσο και για ποιες ασθένειες μπορεί να συνταγογραφηθεί στην Κύπρο. | en_US |
