Σκοπός: Σκοπός αυτής της συστηματικής βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης είναι να διερευνήσει την επίδραση των εναλλακτικών μεθόδων στη μείωση του στρες και της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης σε νοσηλευτές της ΜΕΘ. Υλικό και Μέθοδος: Για την παρούσα ανασκόπηση έγινε αναζήτηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed και Google Scholar χρησιμοποιήθηκε ο σύνδεσμος “OR” και “AND” με τις λέξεις κλειδιά “occupational stress or stress or burnout or fatigue or anxiety”, “intensive care unit or critical care unit”, “nurse or intensive care nurses or critical care nurses or nursing ” , “coping styles or relaxation or mindfulness or massage therapy ” Στην παρούσα ανασκόπηση, συγκαταλέχθηκαν μόνο μελέτες όπου περιέλαβαν σαν δείγμα νοσηλευτές της Μονάδας Εντατικής Θεραπείας και μελέτες που αφορούσαν μόνο burnout ,άγχος και κόπωση από το 2010 -2020 Αποτελέσματα: Συμπεριλήφθηκαν 5 έρευνες ποσοτικού σχεδιασμού. Με τα ευρήματα των ερευνών διαπιστώθηκε πως υπάρχει στατιστικά σημαντική μείωση στις κύριες μεταβλητές burnout , άγχος και κόπωση και με τις 5 μεθόδους εναλλακτικής θεραπείας σε νοσηλευτές που εργάζονται σε Μονάδες Εντατικής Θεραπείας Συμπέρασμα: Η χρήση των μεθόδων εναλλακτικής θεραπείας φαίνεται να συμβάλλουν ευεργετικά στην μείωση των κύριων εκβάσεων που μελετά η έρευνα. Η βιβλιογραφία που βρέθηκε επί του θέματος ήταν πολύ περιορισμένη ,έτσι κρίνεται απόλυτη ανάγκη για συνέχιση της έρευνας σε διεθνές επίπεδο ώστε να φανεί το μέγεθος του προβλήματος για να δοθεί η απαραίτητη σοβαρότητα για εφαρμογή τους. | Description: | Introduction: The increasing amount of burnout, stress and fatigue in nurses of critical care unit have a major role in drowning broader conclusions when analyzing the alternative methods of decreasing occupational stress ,burnout and fatigue. Purpose: The purpose of this review is to explore the alternative care methods in decreasing burnout, anxiety and fatigue, in ICU nurses. Material and Method: The material and method used in this systematic review for performing this task was searched in the PubMed and Google Scholar with the words “occupational stress or stress or burnout or fatigue or anxiety”, “intensive care unit or critical care unit”, “nurse or intensive care nurses or critical care nurses or nursing”, “coping styles or relaxation or mindfulness or massage therapy” using AND and OR for the combination of the above words. This research only includes samples of intensive care unit nurses and sources that explores burnout stress and fatigue between 2010-2020 Results: 5 quantitative design studies were included. The statistic findings of these study’s indicated that stress and burnout and fatigue are be deceased by the 5 methods used in nurses that they are working in intensive care department. Conclusion: The alternative methods have a major role in decreasing the research problem.
