Η αποφλοίωση του κελύφους των κτιρίων, η διάβρωση του οπλισμού αλλά και οι επιπτώσεις στην υγεία των ένοικων είναι οι κυριότερες συνέπειες της διείσδυσης της υγρασίας στα κτίρια. Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η αντιμετώπιση κάθε είδους μορφής υγρασίας στα κτίρια. Αρχικά, στο πρώτο μέρος, δίνεται μία σύντομη ιστορική αναδρομή για την υγροπροστασία των παλαιών κτιρίων. Στη συνέχεια, αναφέρονται τα διάφορα είδη υγρασίας τα οποία υπάρχουν, καθώς και οι τρόποι διακίνησης της υγρασίας στα υφιστάμενα κτίρια. Στο δεύτερο μέρος της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας, δίνεται έμφαση στα μέτρα που πρέπει να ληφθούν για την προστασία των κτιρίων κατά την ανέγερση και επιπλέον, δίνεται ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στα πιθανά υλικά τα οποία μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για την προστασία των κτιρίων από την υγρασία. Συνοψίζοντας, στο τρίτο και τελευταίο μέρος, παρουσιάζονται οι τρόποι αντιμετώπισης της υγρασίας που υπάρχει στα υφιστάμενα κτίρια, καθώς και τα συγκεκριμένα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται σε κάθε περίπτωση. | Description: | Nowadays, the penetration of moisture inside the buildings is a frequent phenomenon that troubles the engineers. The peeling of the shell of the buildings, the corrosion of reinforcement and the effects on the health of the residents are the main consequences of penetration of moisture in buildings. The purpose of this dissertation is to deal with any kind of moisture in the buildings. Initially, in the first part, a brief historical retrospective is given on the liquid protection of old buildings. Next, the different types of moisture are present, as well as the ways in which moisture is handled in existing buildings. In the second part of this dissertation, emphasis is placed on the measures to be taken to protect buildings during erection and, in addition, particular emphasis is placed on the possible materials that can be used to protect buildings from moisture.
