Description of the Association
This programme serves as a prime means of capacity building through the exchange of knowledge and sharing in a spirit of solidarity. The UNITWIN-UNESCO network "Culture, Tourism, Development" was founded in 2002 by the UNESCO Chair "Culture, Tourism, Development" from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and is made up of about 30 Universities through the world. Its main goal is to promote Sustainable Development and Cultural Diversity in the world through Responsible Tourism.
