Work Accomplished
The committee meets every months and processes all affairs related with Ph.D. studies in the department - these are then approved at the monthly departmental committees. As the head of the committee, I collect and prepare the material for every meeting, chair all meetings, coordinate all tasks, communicate affairs of interest to students and faculty, and keep the department's records updated. I have been also directly involved in revising the internal PhD rules and making sure they are in accord with the university regulations and the Quality and Assurance university guidelines
