This should provide convenience and efficiency to the users of the website in organizing their events. Its user-friendly interface houses a few but critical components that really work together toward easy and smooth user operation. The home page is an at-a-glance view of the website and typically represents usage of the website as well as its features. It introduces the variety of services available to the user and underlines how easily one can plan and organize an event. The home page has been designed in such a way that it is very clear and attractive, which can be easily engaging to the user in its first look. The industries page can simply be described as a page directory which houses services from venues, DJs, catering, florists, photographers, and more, which one requires when one is in the process of planning for an event. A user is able to request services from the website from any of the industries listed and compare, then make a choice on the most preferable and suitable for his or her needs. Additionally, the contact us page can be used for the users to communicate to the site admin. It provides an easily accessed outlet for all the questions, inquiries, or complaints that one may have, with the assurance of a timely and supportive response. Maximized in design to give support and satisfaction to all the users, this page offers a variety of contacts, including emails and telephone calls. The dashboard is the core of the website and provides the user with at-aglance information about their events, service requests, and pertinent statistics. He can create, manage, or delete events directly from the event page; hence, the user is provided with a simple and clear form to fill in his event’s details, schedule events, and track details of all sorts to assure that no detail would be left unattended or unplanned for an event. Users can also get to their personal information and even update it through the user profile. The dashboard also features a service request page, through which users can track the status and specifics of their service requests. The progress of the users request can be monitored and managed. Packed with full functionality and an easy-to-use design, the event planning website offers to the user a perfect tool to manage their event seamlessly. The rich set of advanced features, handy navigation, and supportive communication framework work collaboratively to ensure that users can focus on enjoying their events while the website handles the complexities of planning and coordination. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14279/34655 | Rights: | Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International | Type: | Bachelors Thesis | Affiliation: | Cyprus University of Technology |
