Abstract: The project reviewed twenty-seven available user interface evaluation methods and selected a shortlist of methods, which are appropriate for evaluating mature, post-implementation Internet Banking Web sites. The selected methods were applied to two Internet banking Web sites. Based on the experience and the results of these evaluation exercises, the methods were evaluated for their usefulness. Finally a set of heuristics was developed that can be used when evaluating internet banking web sites.
