Abstract: The telephone distribution in hotel apts is the purpose of this project. CHAPTER 1 -deals with study of externall distribution, CYTA regulations and practices used is qiven. CHAPTER 2 -has to do with the internal distribution network Terrns used and CYTA. CHAPTER 3 -deals with terrninal equiprnent sypply installation, connection and maintanance. CHAPTER 4 - has to do with description of private types cornrnunication systems description of types and also for their installation, operation and facilities offered. CHAPTER 5 -deals with earthing arrangements employed by CYTA. CHAPTER 6 -has to do with work on site. How rnanual work is done. CHAPTER 7 -deals with actual design. Irnplernentation of this design. CHAPTER 8 -has to do with the estimate of work. Analytical method is used. CHAPTER 9 -drawings for external and internal distribution Appendices for equipment used Wiring and conduit diagrams List of connections Conclusions drawn about the actual design.
